Returns & Exchanges

100-Day Trial Period

We want you to truly put our gear to the test. We offer a 100-day return and exchange policy.

  • Condition: Items must be in sellable condition: clean and only lightly used.

  • Original packaging: Not required.

  • Exchanges: Always FREE worldwide.

Finland

Please always contact us first at contact@wolpakka.com before sending a return. Let us know what you are returning and if there is a specific reason.

Return Methods:

  • Posti: Customer return code 661016

  • Store: Return in person to our Tampere store (Free of charge)

Fees:

  • 📦 A handling fee of 8.90 € is charged for all returns (deducted from refund).

  • 📦 Orders over 150 € are delivered free, but returns are subject to the handling fee.

International (EU & Rest of World)

We offer a 100-day return policy after delivery. Please contact us at contact@wolpakka.com, and we will arrange the return shipment for you.

Return Fees (deducted from refund):

  • 📦 EU Countries: 11.90 €

  • 📦 Rest of World (inc. North America): 19.90 €

Important Information

Unclaimed Parcels Unclaimed parcels are not considered valid returns. For parcels not picked up from the collection point, we charge the standard return fee + an additional 5 € handling fee.

Refunds We refund the original paid amount excluding the shipping & handling fees mentioned above. Refunds are processed once the items have been received and inspected. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

  • Note: If you paid VAT/duties to local customs (Non-EU), please apply for a refund directly from them.

Please note regarding partial returns: If you return only part of your order and the final value of the kept items drops below the free shipping threshold (150 €) or the qualification limit for a volume discount, the original benefits no longer apply. In these cases, the standard shipping cost or the volume discount difference will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Claims If you receive a faulty product or notice a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at contact@wolpakka.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
