General

Wølpakka Finland Oy (Business ID: 3128337-3) sells products to adult individuals in Finland and internationally. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to update prices and shipping fees at any time.

Ordering

Orders are placed through wolpakka.com
Customer data is handled confidentially and used only for order fulfillment or issue resolution. By placing an order, you agree to the current Terms and Conditions.

You will receive an email confirmation including:

• Order number
• Contact details
• Ordered items and prices
• Selected payment method

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of a clear pricing error (e.g., an item listed as €0.00).

• Finnish Online Banks: OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, OmaSP

• Invoice / Instalments: Klarna, Walley, Joustoraha

Note: PayPal is not available for customers in Finland.

Payments are handled securely via licensed payment service providers like Paytrail Oyj and Klarna Bank AB.

Complaints & Faulty Products

If your product is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly. We aim to repair or replace the item. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Campaigns, Discounts & Gifts

If returning items changes eligibility for discounts, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Gifts must be returned with qualifying purchases or their value will be deducted from the refund.
