Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Times

  • Finland: 2–6 business days.

  • Europe: 2–9 business days.

  • North America: 3–12 business days (estimated).

Note: Weekends and public holidays may affect delivery. If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.


2. Shipping Costs

Free international shipping on all orders over 200 €.

3. Taxes & Custom Duties (Orders outside the EU)

For all orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Norway, UK, Switzerland):

  • Prices are displayed and charged excluding VAT and custom duties.

  • All import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are determined and collected by your local customs and tax authorities upon arrival in your country.


4. Returns & Exchanges (100-Day Trial)

We offer a 100-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in "Good enough"condition (clean and lightly used).

  • Exchanges: Always FREE worldwide.

  • Returns: A handling fee (shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund:

    • Finland: 8.90 €

    • EU Countries: 11.90 €

    • Rest of World: 19.90 €

  2. Finland: Use Posti (code 661016)  You can also return for free to our Tampere store.

  3. International: Contact us and we will arrange the return label and instructions

5. Important Terms

  • Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is not picked up, we charge the standard return fee + a 5 € extra handling fee.

  • Refunds: We refund the original amount minus the return handling fee. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

  • Non-EU VAT Refunds: If you returned an item and paid VAT to local customs, please apply for a refund directly from your local authorities.

  • Claims: If the product is faulty, contact contact@wolpakka.com immediately.
